When we are closed here at Bold, we have an online service that we are giving all our clients free access to. If you were at a practice where this isn’t included it would cost £99 for an annual membership.

If you need us when we are closed, we have partnered with VidiVet to provide instant access to digital support out of hours.

Step 1: Sign up through the web page

Step 2: Download the VidiVet app from the app store or Google Play

Step 3: Sign in, ask any pet question and get unlimited advice out of hours. Once you have asked your question, they will respond with a personalised video from a Vet which you can replay when you need to.
